# Durham Success Summit

> Durham Success Summit (DSS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building career pathways for Durham, NC youth ages 16–24 through coaching, networks, and real career opportunities.

DSS has served Durham for six years. Our mission hasn't changed — the doors are wider. We now serve all Durham youth ages 16–24 via cohort-based programs (Summit Scholars), open-access community membership, alumni programming, and community events.
